Pre-Construction

Pre-construction services are offered before construction begins to help plan, analyze, and establish the need for construction. Our goal is to help clients on what will make the project functional and financially viable. Not all projects require pre-construction services, but all can be extremely valuable for more complex projects. We are involved early-on to provide guidance through a constructibility lens to provide solutions to the client and designers that could potentially save time and money during construction.

Dumpster Trailer Rental

Dumpster trailer rental services are available to home owners or business owners within a 25 mile radius of North Atlanta doing the remodel work themselves. Dumpster trailers act as dumpsters, but on wheels to remove construction debris or junk from your house or business. This service is quicker and more efficient than a typical roll-off dumpster. Construction

From new construction of commercial and residential projects, to interior buildouts and renovations, Gaston Construction can make it happen. Our interiors experience include retail, office, and residential properties with beautiful finishes for walls, flooring, cabinetry, and trim work for kitchens, offices, and bathrooms.

Interior Demolition

We can also be subcontracted to perform interior demolition services in interior commercial & residential remodels. This work usually consists of demolition of old flooring, concrete slabs & driveways, interior non-load & load bearing walls, kitchens, and bathrooms.

How We Can Help

Gaston Construction can be the General Contractor in a Design-Bid-Build (D/B/B) or Hardbid arrangement that takes care of everything throughout the building project. The D/B/B delivery method is best used on projects that are simple, not under a tight time crunch, and have a limited budget.

We can also be contracted as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) who is a consultant for the owner and manager of the project by managing the subcontractors selected by the owner. The CMAR method is most successful in projects that have a large undefined scope and need to finish in a limited time.

Gaston Construction, LLC is a licensed general contractor in the states of Georgia and Tennessee. The company was started in 2020 with a team having 10 years of experience in the construction industry and 20 years of experience in real estate development.
